Corporation. ProSavant CEO and Managing Partner Philip W. Faris serveds as a Board Member, Lead Director
and Senior Advisor to Advanced Circulatory.

Founded in 1997, Advanced Circulatory Systems’ novel Intrathoracic Pressure Regulation (IPR) therapy platform

led or worked extensively with management to close financing transactions of over $5 million for two
ProSavant client companies in the last three months.

In June of 2013, Innovative Trauma Care disclosed the completion of a $3 million convertible debt financing
which will convert to equity upon completion of the company’s Series B raise, expected later this year. 
The company is using the bridge funds to support the commercialization of its first product, the iTClamp™
Hemorrhage Control System, in North America and Europe. Faris currently serves as Executive Chairman
of the Board for Innovative Trauma Care, an early-stage medical device firm focused on developing traumatic
injury solutions based in Edmonton, Canada with global commercialization headquarters in San Antonio, Texas.

Advanced Circulatory announced in July that the company has completed a $2.1 million convertible debt
financing transaction. The company is using proceeds from the transaction to support the continued global
